Position Overview:

We are actively seeking Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Agents for a full-time, permanent position based in Portugal. Position Details:

The Hebrew Content Moderator role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on the challenge of moderating a high volume of user-generated content. In this role, you will evaluate content that could range from harmless everyday interactions to sensitive and potentially harmful material. The goal is to ensure that all content adheres to company policies and community guidelines, thereby helping maintain a safe online space for all users.


Your responsibilities will include reviewing text, images, and videos to detect any harmful or inappropriate content that could violate community guidelines, including issues related to bullying, hate speech, child safety, and depictions of harm. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries related to trust and safety, ensuring that your reviews and decisions are in line with both the company’s values and local regulations.
