Key Responsibilities

Task Description
Word Processing & Document Formatting Create, edit, and format MS Word documents following professional standards.
Typing & Transcription Accurately type and transcribe content with zero spelling or grammatical errors.
Document Review & Editing Proofread and correct documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Following Procedures & Guidelines Work within our established document creation processes.
Email Communication Respond professionally and clearly via email when required.
Learning & Using New Systems Adapt quickly to our unique document management systems.
Administrative Support Provide general virtual assistance, helping with organization and documentation.

 

Requirements

🔹 Must-Have:
Native-level English fluency – no grammar mistakes, strong writing skills.
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy.

Work Schedule & Hours

This job requires 4 hours per day, Monday – Friday. You can choose one of the following shifts:

Option 2 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Your local time varies
