Key Responsibilities
Content Moderation &
Customer Interaction
- Review and moderate user-generated content to
ensure it aligns with Wayfair’s policies and guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone
calls, chats, and emails, addressing topics such as order status, returns,
replacements, delivery issues, product availability, and more.
- Provide empathetic and human-centered customer
support, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
Problem-Solving & Conflict
Resolution
- Handle an estimated 50-60 customer interactions per
shift in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Use analytical thinking to solve customer concerns
efficiently, prioritizing first-contact resolution to reduce escalations.
- Effectively de-escalate customer concerns, offering
solutions that balance company policies with customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
- Demonstrate reliability by being present and
punctual for scheduled shifts to ensure customers receive timely
assistance.
- Multitask by navigating multiple browsers, systems,
and tools simultaneously while assisting customers.
- Identify systemic content issues and share insights
with leadership to continuously improve customer experience and platform
integrity.
