Stars as either Ambassadors or Moderators. This is your

You'll get to educate newcomers,
manage live community spaces, filter out spam and FUD, and even represent Venus

Roles & Responsibilities
As an Ambassador for Venus Protocol, you will serve as the driving force
behind community engagement, growth, and awareness. Your role will be
instrumental in educating users, spreading awareness about Venus Protocol,
and representing the platform in various settings. This position requires a
deep understanding of DeFi, excellent communication skills, and a passion
for fostering a thriving community.

Engagement: You will actively lead discussions, encourage
participation, and inspire your community to engage with Venus Protocol.
By fostering a sense of enthusiasm and belonging, you will contribute to
the organic growth of the platform. Your ability to build connections and
rally community members around Venus Protocol’s mission will be key.

Mentorship: As an Ambassador, you will stay updated on all the
latest news, developments, and technical advancements within Venus
Protocol. You will be responsible for educating community members,
addressing their concerns, and providing accurate and timely responses.
Your role as a trusted resource will ensure that users have a reliable
point of contact for guidance and support.

Awareness: Sharing news, announcements, and educational content
from Venus Protocol’s official channels will be a crucial aspect of your
role. You will also help bridge language barriers by translating important
materials to keep your community informed. Spreading accurate and timely

adoption by leveraging various educational resources. Helping community
members understand Venus Protocol and the broader DeFi ecosystem will
empower them to navigate the platform confidently. You may also create or
facilitate webinars, workshops, and other educational initiatives.

Representation: Ambassadors serve as the voice of Venus Protocol
within their respective regions. You will represent the platform at
events, organize meetups, and participate in online and offline
discussions. Your efforts will contribute to expanding the Venus Protocol
community and strengthening its global presence.
Skills Required
To excel as an Ambassador, you should possess the following skills and
qualifications:

Deep Understanding of DeFi & Venus Protocol: A strong grasp of
the decentralized finance space and an in-depth knowledge of Venus
Protocol’s features and functionalities.

Communication & Presentation Skills: The ability to
effectively communicate complex concepts in an engaging and
easy-to-understand manner.

Community Building & Event Organization Experience: Prior
experience in managing and growing online or offline communities is a

Moderators
Roles & Responsibilities
Moderators play a crucial role in maintaining a positive, welcoming, and
well-regulated community space. They ensure that conversations remain
respectful, content aligns with guidelines, and users have a safe and
engaging experience. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for:

Community Management: Overseeing daily interactions within the
Venus Protocol community across various channels, including social media,
forums, and chat groups. You will ensure discussions are constructive,
enforce guidelines, and address any conflicts or inappropriate
behavior.

User Support: Providing assistance to users experiencing issues
related to Venus Protocol. You will troubleshoot problems, offer
solutions, and ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely and
professional manner. Your ability to simplify complex concepts and offer
step-by-step guidance will be crucial.

Content Moderation: Reviewing user-generated content to ensure
that it aligns with community standards and Venus Protocol’s policies. You
will be responsible for identifying and removing spam, inappropriate
discussions, and any content that may be harmful to the community.

relaying them to the Venus Protocol team. Your feedback will help improve

Based on experience and performance, you may even be promoted to the role
of Ambassador.
Skills Required
To thrive as a Moderator, you should possess the following skills:

Understanding of Venus Protocol & DeFi: A comprehensive
knowledge of Venus Protocol and the DeFi ecosystem to effectively assist
and guide community members.

Community Management & Moderation Experience: Previous
experience in managing online communities, enforcing rules, and resolving
conflicts professionally.

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution Skills: The ability to
address disputes, mediate disagreements, and create a harmonious community
atmosphere.

Rule Enforcement & Professionalism: A strong understanding of
Venus Protocol’s guidelines and the ability to enforce them
