Key Responsibilities
The Principal Data Annotation and Clinical AI Lead will be
responsible for overseeing data labeling projects, managing subject matter
expert (SME) evaluations, and ensuring high-quality AI model development.
This role requires extensive clinical expertise, leadership skills, and an
ability to bridge healthcare knowledge with AI technologies.
Core Duties:

Lead data annotation and labeling projects to support AI model
development in healthcare applications.

Oversee and manage
teams of clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate
data interpretation and classification.

Serve as the senior clinical adjudicator, resolving disputes
regarding clinical data interpretation and AI modeling results.

Provide insights and
technical guidance to product and research teams for improving
model performance and experience design.

Collaborate with
customers, product managers, and technical teams to define project
requirements and improve AI solutions.

Advocate for high-quality AI solutions, ensuring clinical accuracy
and reliability in AI-driven healthcare applications.

Anticipate and address
challenges in representing clinical concepts in AI models to
enhance overall system performance.

Develop and refine clinical AI guidelines and best practices for
internal and external stakeholders.
