As part of the Human In The Loop (HITL) Operations team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that AI systems understand and respond to human conversations naturally and logically. From fine-tuning chatbot replies to evaluating search queries, your work will directly influence how users interact with real estate agents through intelligent platforms.

Our client, an innovative real estate marketplace company founded by former Microsoft executives, is actively developing AI-powered solutions to streamline real estate transactions. The AI team is leveraging Generative AI to enhance product experiences and optimize real estate interactions. As part of their Human In The Loop Operations team, they are seeking an Entry-Level Annotation Judge (Data Quality Assessor) to contribute to their Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced Operations Managers and Natural Language experts. If you're eager to work with AI/ML technologies and improve chatbot interactions and search functionalities, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing industry.

Role Overview

As an Annotation Judge, you will play a critical role in evaluating and refining AI models that process verbal interactions between home buyers and real estate agents. You will assess AI-generated outputs, ensuring accuracy, human-like responses, and logical classification of conversations and search queries. Additionally, you will help develop annotation guidelines that can be used by non-native English speakers, improving the long-term scalability of AI solutions.

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn. The ideal candidate is a responsible self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and is enthusiastic about the evolving field of AI.

Key Responsibilities

Review & Evaluate Data: Assess annotated data to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with project goals.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal stakeholders to enhance AI model performance by providing critical feedback on training data.
Develop Annotation Guidelines: Help create and maintain best practices for data annotation and model training.
Annotate Training Data: Label and classify data accurately to establish a solid foundation for AI models.
Identify Gaps in Training Content: Pinpoint areas where training materials need improvement and suggest enhancements.
